being connected serially to the ECU of the vehicle, InteliDrive Plus
can register 25 different parameters of the engine, as well as alerting
of any fault code detected in the engine. Online parameters, such
as speed, RPM, coolant temperature, throttle position, fuel system
status, engine load, battery voltage, intake manifold pressure, fuel
pressure, oxygen sensor voltage, intake air temperature, and MAF
air flow, can be recorded in intervals of 5 up to every 60 seconds,
and transmitted to the central management site for further analysis.
If a fault code is registered, selected online parameters will be
freeze and informed for real time in-depth analysis allowing to take
appropriate and timely measures.
An SMS message can be transmitted to both the driver and the maintenance
operators to alert on the engine malfunction. The device will also beep
if any parameter is our of range according to customized configurations.
